Employee Benefits Manager

Donna began her insurance career in 1973 with a major insurance carrier in Tampa, earning their Employee of the Year designation three times. She joined our organization in 1998, and to better serve the needs of our firm’s clients, she became a licensed insurance agent in 1999. During her career, she has completed several LOMA (Life Office Management Association) courses and many life and health insurance classes. She oversees the servicing of our employee benefits clients. After obtaining quotes from numerous carriers, Donna is responsible for analyzing and preparing informative proposals on an annual basis. She is often the person in our organization who helps our business clients and their employees when claim or billing problems occur.

She enjoys sewing, needlepoint, fishing, and spending time with her family. She loves to talk about her three grandchildren. Ask her about them.
